Where do the tours depart from?
It depends on the tour: there are departures from Playa del Carmen, from Riviera Maya hotels and from Cancun, and some also from Puerto Aventuras or Cozumel. On each tour page you choose your departure point and see its price.
How do I book?
Choose your tour, date and number of guests, then tap "Book on WhatsApp". A chat opens with all your details ready; an agent confirms availability and explains how to pay. If you prefer email, tap "Book by email", enter your address and we send your request with all the details; an agent replies there to confirm and explain how to pay.
What is the difference between "ticket only" and "with transportation"?
With "ticket only" you get to the park or activity on your own. Options "with transportation" include pickup from the point you choose: Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya hotels or Cancun, depending on the tour.
Why are some days unavailable in the calendar?
Each tour runs on specific days of the week, which can change depending on the option or departure point. The calendar only lets you pick days when it actually runs.
What currency are prices in?
Base prices are in US dollars (USD). If you prefer pesos, switch to MXN at the top: we use a fixed rate of $18.50 MXN per dollar.
Are there extra fees?
Some tours have a dock, marine park or access fee paid on site. When it applies you will see it on the tour page and in your booking summary; it is not added to the price you pay us.
Do children pay?
Yes, with a child rate on tours that offer one (Children 5 to 11 years old). On some tours children pay from age 3. Some experiences, like Coco Bongo, are adults only.
Are the excursions private?
No. Excursions run on a shared basis: you travel together with other guests on the same tour.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 2 days ahead: if you book on a Thursday, the excursion can be from Saturday. We need that time to make the reservation with the provider.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before the excursion. Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your request number.
Can I travel if I am pregnant?
It depends on the tour: some do not accept pregnant passengers and others do, subject to the operator's safety restrictions and activity limitations. Each tour states this in its terms; if you are pregnant, let us know when you book so we can check.
