The experience
Xcaret at Night is the short way to experience Xcaret when you do not have a full day. You arrive in the afternoon, from 4:00 to 9:30 pm, see part of the park and stay for the highlight of the day: Xcaret México Espectacular, the grand night show that tells the history and traditions of Mexico with music, dance and horses.
Before the show, admission includes underground rivers, a beach and natural pools, plus shows and cultural tours that give you a sense of why this park is so popular. It is a good option if you reach the Riviera Maya with little time, if you already did other excursions during the day, or if you prefer a calmer plan for the evening.
The tour does not include food or drinks, nor photos, souvenirs or tips, so bring some cash if you want to eat or buy something inside the park. You can go with admission only or choose round-trip transportation from Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya hotels. Departures with transportation run Monday to Saturday; admission only runs every day.
Bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, biodegradable sunscreen and cash. Children 5 to 11 pay the child rate, and ages 0 to 4 are free. Pick your date and departure point in the calendar and an agent confirms availability and payment with you on WhatsApp.
