The experience
Xplor Fuego is the night version of Xplor, Grupo Xcaret's adventure park. It keeps the formula of ziplines, amphibious vehicles, rafts and cave swimming, but with the jungle and caves lit by fire, from 5:30 to 11:00 pm. It is a different experience, with more atmosphere and a cooler setting.
Your access includes a circuit of seven ziplines, with the highest in the Riviera Maya; a 5 km ride through the jungle in amphibious vehicles; entry to the Toboganxote slide; 400 meters of swimming in a stalactite river; a raft ride, paddling with your hands, through 570 meters of underground caverns; hamacuatizaje and a cave walk. Photos and souvenirs are not included.
For dinner there is a buffet of ribs, with vegetarian options, and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks: coffee, atole, champurrado and aguas frescas. A locker for two people, resting areas, changing rooms and restrooms are also included. Other services, such as WiFi, ATMs and shops, have an extra cost.
There are safety conditions to keep in mind. The ziplines require a minimum height of 1.40 m and 40 kg, with a maximum of 136 kg; the amphibious vehicles may only be driven by people over 18 with ID. It is not recommended for people with heart problems, asthma, epilepsy or claustrophobia, and it is not suitable for pregnant women. Bring a swimsuit, towel, water shoes and biodegradable sunscreen. You can go with admission only or with round-trip transportation from Playa del Carmen or the Riviera Maya. Children 5 to 11 pay the child rate, and ages 0 to 4 are free. This tour does not run every day: pick your date in the calendar.
