The experience
Xel-Há is a natural aquarium on the Riviera Maya coast, where fresh water from rivers and cenotes mixes with the sea in a jungle-ringed inlet. It is a park built for spending the whole day in the water, with an all-inclusive option: breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks are covered by your ticket, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
You can snorkel without limits in the cove, with fins and a mask with integrated tube, float down the river on a tube and go up the Faro Mirador, with 360° views from 40 meters high and a slide down. There are also trails through the jungle, cenotes, caves and grottos. The Adventure World adds rope games, ziplines and jumps from 5 meters high; the Meliponary and the Nursery are for calmer visits, and little ones have their own games in Kids' World.
Food is included: a continental breakfast from 9:30 to 11:30 am, snacks and a buffet lunch from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm, and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks with a domestic open bar. Life jackets, floating tubes, bicycles, a locker, restrooms, showers, changing rooms and a towel are also included, plus free parking. Activities with an extra cost, such as dolphins, Sea Trek and Snuba, as well as photos, souvenirs and tips, are not included; WiFi, ATMs and shops have an extra cost.
Bring a swimsuit, a change of clothes, a cap, sunglasses and biodegradable sunscreen. You can enter on your own or choose the option with round-trip transportation included.
